Bittikesu is just ten people seated around a counter, facing young Quebec chef Jules St-Cyr and his team. There is no real distance between the dining room and the kitchen here: you watch the menu being built before your eyes. The cooking is highly personal, delicate, and nature-oriented, featuring plenty of vegetables, seafood, and wild-foraged ingredients. And since the menu changes significantly with the seasons and arrivals, the experience is never quite the same.

For your first time, truly take the time to enjoy the counter experience: there are only ten seats and all the cooking happens right in front of you. And if you want to discover Bittikesu with a shorter menu, choose the Friday or Saturday lunch.
