A true brunch classic in Nice. La Popote d’Ondine now has several locations, but I remain loyal to the one on rue Blacas. When the sun is out, we sit on the terrace and breakfast easily stretches into lunch. And as Christmas approaches, the place becomes even more pleasant: you settle inside with your laptop, surrounded by pretty decorations, conversations, music, and that cozy atmosphere that makes you want to stay much longer than planned.
