I put this restaurant for lunch, but I also love it in the evening, with candles, quiet whispers, and impeccable cuisine from star chef Samuel Victori.

Do not come just to “eat at the Fondation”: really plan your visit around lunch. The place makes the most sense when you combine the artworks, the gardens, and the table under the pine trees. And if you can choose, opt for a table outside—that is where the experience becomes truly difficult to replicate elsewhere.
