About
As soon as you walk through the doors of Tina, you want to stay. The space is beautiful, lively, and warm, with that casual elegance that Italians master so well. As for the service, there was ultimately no suspense. When Michelin-starred chefs open a trattoria, you know that the hospitality, attention to detail, and professionalism will be there. And on the plate? Italy at its absolute best. Great classics perfectly executed, pasta that reminds you why simplicity is an art, but also a few well-chosen surprises. A trattoria that respects tradition while allowing itself a few creative nods. Exactly what we wanted to see arrive in Nice.

If it’s your first time, don't look for the most spectacular recipe: order a great Piedmontese or Lombard classic and a fresh pasta. It is precisely with the simplest dishes that Tina demonstrates its level best—and the cacio e pepe has even convinced customers accustomed to eating it in Rome, which, let's be honest, is already quite an entrance exam.
