A new gastro corner in Nice. We start with the eggs mayo, absolute evidence. For the main, treat yourself: there is always something new and it hits the spot. Only personal downside: the desserts didn't make me want to continue. But after a brilliant starter, a great main, and half a bottle of wine, is it really a problem?

The best move is definitely lunch: the prix-fixe menu is a great way to discover Christopher's cooking at a much more accessible price point than dinner. And if the weather is nice, ask for one of the few terrace tables—there are only eight, so they go fast.
