ONOR is the socially conscious gourmet table by Thierry Marx and Ricardo Silva. It features very precise contemporary French cuisine, punctuated by Asian influences and iconic dishes from the world of Thierry Marx. I also love that plant-based food is not treated as a mere alternative: here, there are true, entirely plant-based gourmet menus. An address I would keep for a very beautiful lunch, a special occasion, or a dinner where one wants to enjoy a complete experience.

For a first discovery of the cuisine of Thierry Marx and Ricardo Silva, I would choose lunch and the €90 Onoré Menu: it is a wonderful gateway into their universe with a friendlier budget than in the evening. And if you like plant-based cuisine, do not consider it a secondary option: the entirely plant-based menus are designed as true gourmet experiences.
