Carboni’s is a very Parisian take on Italy: reinterpreted Italian classics, fresh homemade pasta, beautiful products, and genuinely indulgent plates. The place is also particularly cool for an evening for two or with friends because after dinner, you just have to head down to Bar Sotto, the speakeasy hidden under the restaurant, to continue with a cocktail and the vinyl jukebox. A spot where I would come just as much for the pasta as for spending the whole evening in the same place.
