Fat Belly is an incredibly indulgent Asian rotisserie where much of the menu is homemade. Lacquered and flame-roasted meats are clearly the stars, but there are also slow-simmered broths, artisanal noodles, and plenty of flavor-packed small plates. A spot I would keep in mind whenever I crave generous, comforting Southeast Asian cuisine that is meant for ordering several dishes to share.
