The little brother of the starred restaurant JAN. Same interior elegance, obsessive attention to detail, impeccable service, and very high quality products. The difference: no Michelin stress, more accessible prices, and the freedom to order à la carte. They exceeded my expectations. Special mention to the toilets, really.

If JAN intrigues you but you don't necessarily want a long gastronomic dinner, start at the Bistrot. The lunch menu is the best way to enter Jan Hendrik's world at a more accessible price — and definitely save room for the Malva pudding.
